وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية والأسرة تحصل على شهادة حوكمة تقنية المعلومات (ISO 38500:2024)

أعلنت وزارة التنمية الاجتماعية والأسرة، ممثلة في إدارة نظم المعلومات، عن حصولها على شهادة حوكمة تقنية المعلومات ISO 38500:2024، وذلك بعد اجتيازها بنجاح متطلبات التقييم والتدقيق الخارجي من جهة دولية معتمدة.

ويأتي هذا الإنجاز كخطوة نوعية ضمن جهود الوزارة لتحقيق أهدافها الإستراتيجية للفترة (2025–2030)، والتي تركز على تعزيز الحوكمة الرقمية، وتحسين كفاءة الأداء، والارتقاء بجودة الخدمات المقدمة للمستفيدين من خلال بنية تقنية مرنة ومتكاملة.

وتستند شهادة ISO 38500:2024 إلى مجموعة من المعايير الرئيسية، أبرزها: التخطيط الإستراتيجي لتقنية المعلومات، إدارة المشاريع والتغييرات، الالتزام بالتشريعات، قياس الأداء، والتواصل الفعّال مع أصحاب المصلحة. وقد عملت الوزارة على تطوير السياسات والإجراءات والنماذج اللازمة لتطبيق هذه المعايير، بما يعزز من كفاءة وفعالية العمل المؤسسي.

ويمثل هذا الإنجاز دعمًا مباشرًا لمسار التحول الرقمي الشامل، والذي يُعد أحد المحاور الأساسية في إستراتيجية الوزارة (2025–2030)، ويهدف إلى تقديم تجربة رقمية متكاملة للمستفيدين، ورفع مستوى الابتكار في تقديم الخدمات، وتحقيق الاستدامة في الأداء المؤسسي.
