Participants learned how to create a payment link as an e-payment service, through a detailed explanation of the direct payment method of the Family Empowerment Department or their participation in exhibitions.
"This workshop is a great opportunity for small business owners to acquire the knowledge and skills needed to improve their business systems, increase the effectiveness of sales, and participants will learn how to use the e-commerce system to create an e-commerce store that is seamless and suited to their work needs, including inventory management, order processing, and tracking shipments," Al Mansouri said.
He later added that participants had been trained in the POS system to facilitate payments, sales management, and analysis of financial statements.
In this context, the Family Empowerment Department seeks to empower national productive entrepreneurs by granting them outlets in multiple regions of the country, involving them in many local and international exhibitions and forums, as well as through the establishment of workshops, training courses, and awareness-raising courses that contribute to their awareness and the development of their production and marketing methods.
At the end of the workshop, participants are able to pay electronically in all their transactions and raise public satisfaction with the performance of national productive entrepreneurs' services.
This workshop is part of the ongoing efforts of Fatora and the Ministry of Social Development and Family to support small businesses and enable them to keep up with advanced technology to achieve success and growth.
