The Ministry of Social Development and Family (MSDF), represented by the Department of Community Development, organized a workshop titled "Managing Institutional Volunteer Work," with the participation of representatives from over 25 entities. The event forms part of an ongoing series aimed at building the capacity of institutions, volunteers, and volunteer teams, as part of the Ministry’s efforts to enhance volunteer efficiency and develop effective institutional management frameworks.

The Ministry of Social Development and Family (MSDF), represented by its Human Resources Department, participated for the first time in the "Little Employee" initiative. This program aims to introduce students to the government work environment, develop their life and career skills, and enhance their understanding of administrative and service roles within national institutions, while instilling corporate responsibility and national belonging from an early age.

Law No. (6) of 2026 has been enacted, issuing the Unified Law on Volunteering for the countries of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The law aims to regulate and develop volunteer work while enhancing the participation of individuals and institutions in community service.
