"Social Development" participates in productive projects "From the Homeland" at the sword Equestrian festival of His Highness the Amir of the country
Organized by the Equestrian Club, the Ministry of Social Development and Family, represented by the Department of Family Affairs, participated in the Sword Festival of His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Amir of the country.
The national productive project “From the Homeland” participated in this annual forum, which is one of the most important events in which the participation of the projects came in line with the wide public turnout at this event.
Moreover, it allowed these projects, craftsmen, and craftswomen to market their products and boosted their sales due to the large number of visitors at the festival by presenting their handcrafted and handcrafted products, which fit the festival's identity.
The exhibit's products varied between local ones, traditional tools, coffee, tea, and other types and varieties of food and beverages. This participation is seen as a step to strengthen community partnerships to support these projects.
Within the framework of the Ministry's continuous endeavors to support productive families by attracting these projects, the ministry also provides them with an opportunity to market their products through various marketing outlets. The festival witnessed many visitors who were keen to learn about the national projects.
The organizing committee of the festival is keen to support and market the products by providing suitable sites to display them to the visitors, and to introduce the visitors to them.
On this participation, Ms. Fatima Al-Nuaimi, Assistant Director of the Department of Family Affairs, confirmed that the participation "From the Homeland" is one of the most important strategic outputs implemented by the Ministry, where national production projects serve a large segment of society.
The project's participation in national forums and important events is conducive to improving product quality. This contributes to the qualification of national enterprises, the acquisition of additional technical and crafts skills, the provision of a distinct marketing space, the opening of the space to improve their economic and social conditions, and the promotion of their products.
