MSDF Undersecretary Meets Higher Council for Disabilities Head to Prep for 2028 Global Summit
HE Mr. Khalifa bin Issa Al-Kubaisi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Development and Family, met with HRH Prince Mired bin Ra'ad bin Zeid Al-Hussein, Chief Chamberlain and President of the Higher Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
During the meeting, they discussed ways to enhance cooperation and partnership in the field of disability, within the framework of ongoing preparations for the 4th Global Disability Summit in 2028.
