This recognition took place during the ninth workshop for human resources directors in government entities, organized by the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau. Mr. Hamad Al-Obaidan, Director of Human Resources at the Ministry, represented MSDF at the event.
This honor acknowledges the efforts of the Ministry of Social Development and Family in supporting the employment and empowerment of persons with disabilities and achieving the targeted rates in this regard. On the sidelines of the workshop, several presentations were given by departments of the Civil Service Bureau, such as the Talent Management and National Human Resources Development Department, the Government Sector Workforce Planning Department, and the Human Resources Information Systems Center. These presentations highlighted key digital initiatives and achievements in developing the human resources system in the country.
In this context, the Ministry of Social Development and Family affirmed that this honor embodies its firm vision in supporting persons with disabilities and its continuous commitment to involving them in comprehensive development paths.
