The Ministry of Social Development and Family (MSDF), represented by the Community Development Department, organized a hands-on workshop titled "Project Management" for a number of its employees on Wednesday, September 23.

The workshop is part of the Ministry's ongoing efforts to build the capabilities of its employees and strengthen their skills in managing initiatives and projects, contributing to improved performance efficiency and linking practical work with the strategic goals of the social sector and Qatar National Vision 2030.

The "Project Management" workshop was delivered by trainer Mohammed Alyan and included a range of practical exercises and interactive discussions covering the fundamental principles and stages of project management, in addition to the key challenges facing work teams and ways to address them, enabling participants to apply the concepts and use the necessary tools efficiently and effectively in the workplace.
