
Administrative Control and Transparency Authority Honors MSDF
The Administrative Control and Transparency Authority (ACTA) honored the Ministry of Social Development and Family (MSDF) during the events celebrating the International Day for Universal Access to Information, held under the slogan "The Right to Access Information."
This honor comes in appreciation of the Ministry's efforts and its effective contribution to implementing Law No. (9) of 2022 on the Right to Access Information, and its participation in training and awareness programs aimed at promoting a culture of transparency and information disclosure.

His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Amir of the State, issued Law No. (22) of 2025 regarding Persons with Disabilities, following its ratification by the Council of Ministers and approval by the Shura Council. The Law assigns the Ministry of Social Development and Family the responsibility of overseeing its implementation, in coordination with the competent authorities across the State.
